For Your Safety and Ours
First and foremost, we care about your safety and the safety of our team members. Our salon is following all government guidelines for safety and sanitation at this time. We recognize that your salon visit will look and feel differently for the unforeseen future; however, we will be delighted to see you!
When arriving for your appointment :
Please do not consider coming into the salon if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 symptoms within the past 5 days. We have the right to refuse service if we feel it is unsafe to do your hair.
In order to comply with physical distancing, we have removed our waiting room. When you arrive, please wait in your car and text 709.769.2119 to let us know you have arrived. We will then let you know when we will be ready for you to safely come inside.
Before you enter, a team member will then ask you a few COVID-19 screening questions, and check your VaxxPass.
Hand sanitizer will be available upon entering the salon. A team member will assist you in our new sanitation guidelines.
We require all clients to wear ear loop protective masks at all times during your service. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you. If you are not comfortable wearing a mask, we simply cannot provide your service. The safety of our staff and fellow humans is of utmost importance to us.
We ask that you arrive alone, unless you need an attendant.
We know childcare is difficult at this time; however, please do not bring your children into the salon with you, as there will be nowhere for them to sit.
Your late arrival will change the flow of every staff member’s schedule; therefore, late arrivals will be rebooked for a new date in the future.
Food and drinks will not be served at this time due to mask requirements.
